You are most likely here because you have found yourself stuck in a never-ending loop that just won't seem to end. I cannot remember a time where I did not want to help others. Growing up surrounded by people who struggled with Mental Health and Substance abuse issues, people who were stuck in this same never ending loop--- I gained a passion to help people gets out of the nasty cycle. You are exhausted. You are emotionally numb. You want to throw in the towel because nothing has worked for you. My clients often find that I push for change. I want you to walk out of our session feeling better than before you came to me. I want that cycle to end for you. I want to help you find healthy ways to cope. I want to help you get your family back; start working at the job you have always desired; and start feeling passionate about living again. I want to help you wake up in the morning and not have to run for the next fix or the next drink just to get through your day without being sick.
