You’re Hurting—and You Deserve Healing

Trauma doesn’t always look like what people expect. Sometimes it’s a single event that shook you to your core. Maybe it was a minor bump in the road, but your still feeling shaken up. Other times, it’s years of feeling unseen, unsafe, or constantly on edge. Maybe you’ve learned how to push through—how to keep functioning, even when you’re flooded with anxiety, shame, or numbness. But lately, it’s catching up with you.
You are here because you are stuck in a cycle—overthinking, blaming yourself, questioning your worth. You have even told yourself---"I'm broken" "Everyone always leaves me." "I can never feel safe again." Maybe the past keeps showing up in ways you can’t control, or you’ve even built walls just so you can feel safe. If you’re here, something inside you knows: it’s time for a change.
I specialize in helping teens and adults in Pennsylvania heal from trauma using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how trauma has shaped your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world. Together, we’ll gently examine the “stuck points” that keep you in pain, and work to shift them. You’ll learn how to separate what actually happened from what you’ve come to believe about yourself because of it.
This isn’t about just “talking it out.” CPT is a structured form of therapy that keeps you on track so you can see and feel the change in your life. It’s about reclaiming your story, your worth, and your ability to live with more clarity, calm, and connection.
You don’t have to feel like your just trying to survive.
Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
