Schedule Your Anxiety or OCD Therapy Consultation

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if anxiety or OCD has convinced you to keep waiting until you feel "ready."

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you're looking for treatment for OCD, panic disorder, health anxiety, phobias, or anxiety, we'll discuss your concerns and determine whether Hopeful Horizon Therapy is the right fit for your goals.

What Happens After I Schedule?

  1. Choose a time that works for you.

  2. Complete your intake paperwork before your appointment.

  3. You will receive a text confirming your appointment and then attend your virtual consultation from anywhere in Pennsylvania.

  4. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule an assessment.

Is the Consultation Right for Me?

A consultation may be a good next step if:

  • Anxiety is interfering with your daily life.

  • OCD or intrusive thoughts are keeping you stuck.

  • Panic attacks are limiting what you do.

  • You've tried therapy before but still feel trapped by anxiety.

  • You're looking for specialized ERP treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule therapy?

Simply choose an available appointment time using the online scheduler below.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually for adults located throughout Pennsylvania.

Do you accept insurance?

Hopeful Horizon Therapy is in-network with select insurance plans, including Highmark, Geisinger, and Aetna. Private-pay options are also available.

What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

That's okay. Many people feel uncertain before scheduling their first appointment. A consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine whether we're a good fit.

You Don't Have to Be "Ready"

Many of the people I work with tell me they spent months or even years thinking about reaching out before scheduling their first appointment.

You don't need to have the perfect words or know exactly what's wrong before we meet. If anxiety, OCD, panic, or phobias are interfering with your life, we'll work together to understand what's happening and create a plan based on your goals.

The hardest part is often taking the first step.
