Clinical Supervision for Licensure

Supportive, Structured Supervision for Therapists in Training

Working toward licensure is a big step and it can feel both exciting and overwhelming.

You’re building your clinical skills in real time, navigating complex client situations, and figuring out your identity as a therapist all at once. Good supervision should help you feel supported, challenged, and more confident in your work.

I provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists seeking a space to grow, ask questions, and strengthen their clinical foundation.

Who I Work With

I provide supervision for:

  • Pre-licensed therapists working toward independent licensure

  • Clinicians working in substance use treatment settings or interested in anxiety-related disorders

  • Therapists in outpatient, IOP, or private practice environments

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Want more structure and direction in your sessions

  • Feel unsure how to handle complex or high-risk cases

  • Are working with substance use, trauma, or anxiety related disorders such as Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, or Phobias

  • Want supervision that is both supportive and clinically focused

My Approach

My supervision style is collaborative, direct, and supportive.

I aim to create a space where you can:

  • Ask questions openly (even the ones you’re unsure about)

  • Explore your clinical thinking

  • Receive honest, constructive feedback

  • Build both skill and confidence over time

I balance encouragement with accountability, helping you grow while also ensuring you’re meeting the standards required for licensure.

Important Information

Clinical supervision is a formal, evaluative relationship required for licensure.

As your supervisor:

  • I am responsible for overseeing your clinical work

  • I may provide feedback, evaluation, and documentation of your progress

  • I ensure your work aligns with ethical and professional standards

Supervision hours and structure will follow state licensing board requirements.

Format & Fees

  • Individual supervision (60 minutes): $150

  • Group supervision (if applicable): $75

Supervision is offered via secure telehealth.

To help make support more accessible, I offer sliding scale options and financial assistance for those who are struggling to cover the full cost of supervision or consultation. My goal is to ensure that financial barriers don’t prevent clinicians from receiving the guidance and mentorship they need to provide effective care to their clients.

If you are interested in financial assistance, please reach out. We can discuss your situation confidentially and find a solution that works for you.
