My name is Kristie Scheib and I am a Licensed Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
I understand what it’s like to struggle with anxiety firsthand. For years, I tried to ignore and push past my own anxious thoughts, thinking that if I just distracted myself or “toughed it out,” it would go away. Instead, the anxiety grew louder and more persistent. It wasn’t until I stopped ignoring it and began facing it directly that I experienced real change. This personal journey helps me connect deeply with my clients and understand the courage it takes to confront fear.
